Returns are Easy with Lactiful
Lactiful returns are accepted any time for any reason. If you tried Lactiful to increase your milk supply and did not get the results you wanted, we know how disappointed you must feel. Because there are so many different causes of low milk supply, results do vary from person to person. To make things right, we try to make returns as easy as possible and we issue quick and courteous 100% refunds.
Step 1: Complete the form below.
Step 2: If necessary, we will email you a pre-paid return label for you to use to ship back your bottle or bottles to us. Typically we skip this step and go directly to Step 3.
Step 3: We issue a 100% refund to the credit card you used to make your Lactiful purchase in 2 business days or less.
Step 4: After we have issued the refund, most banks will issue a credit to your credit card account in about 3 business days, however, we have seen some banks take as long as 10 business days.
We want returns to be easy, but due to previous abuse of our easy returns we've had to add a few rules:
- A return can only be processed on your most recent order. (We've had customers order many times, then request refunds for all of their orders.)
- You may only receive one refund. If you have ordered and returned Lactiful and decide to place another order, that order (and all future orders) will not qualify for The Lactiful Guarantee or a refund.
- Free return shipping only applies if Lactiful Supply Max is taken as directed and you are unhappy with the increase in milk production. If Supply Max is not taken according to the directions, a full refund will still be granted, however return shipping will be the customer's responsibility. Most commonly this applies when the product is never opened because the customer has changed their mind.
