Herbal Remedies For Milk Production

Herbal RemediesWhen you want to begin an herbal remedy for increasing milk production you have basically three options. You can:

  1. Go with a high quality commercial blend
  2. Go with a do-it-yourself regimen
  3. Use a quality commercial blend as your starting point and add herbs to address specific issues

For Colicky Babies

For Babies Not Gaining Appropriate Weight

  • Supply Max – Take as directed.
  • Borage Oil – Take 1 capsule (1000 Mg) with breakfast and dinner.
  • Brewer’s Yeast – Blend in a blender, 2 heaping tablespoons Brewer’s Yeast, 8 ounces of milk, ice, and flavoring. For flavoring, try frozen berries or chocolate syrup. Drink this smoothie, twice a day.

To Kick Start A Milk Supply That’s Off To A Slow Start

  • Supply Max – Take as directed.
  • Goat’s Rue – Take 1 capsule 4 times per day but with only a small amount of water (1 to 2 ounces). Additionally, avoid all liquids 20 minutes before and after each dose.
  • Brewer’s Yeast – Blend in a blender, 2 heaping tablespoons Brewer’s Yeast, 8 ounces of milk, ice, and flavoring. For flavoring, try frozen berries or chocolate syrup. Drink this smoothie, once a day.

For Moms With Smaller Breasts
